When your ready to get started creating a blog on the empower network, you will find it is actually pretty straight forward. Following along on your first post will help you learn all the details so you can focus on using your blog to generate income and leads.
Getting Started Creating A Blog On The Empower Network
The first step will be to sign up with the Empower Network the cost is $25 a month and you can cancel at any time, but if your anything like me once you get started you won’t want to 
. It is always possible to upgrade and get more training down the road. After you sign up you will be emailed all of your login information, then head over to EmpowerNetwork.com and click the ‘Member Login’ button.
Enter your username and password and click ‘Login & Start Blogging’.
Once you’re logged in the first screen is called the Dashboard. This is the main hub where you can access all of the Empower Network content available to your membership level, if you came in at the $25 level you will only see the ‘Fast Start’ tab, once all of the packages have been purchased you will see the Inner Circle, Costa Rica Intensive and $15k Formula tabs. You can also see any leads or commissions you have from this area. Once your ready to start blogging simply click the ‘Login & Start Blogging’ button.
Creating A Blog On The Empower Network: Making a Post
After the Empower Network Viral Blogging System is launched you should see a menu that looks like this:
Click on the ‘New Post’ tab, this is where the magic happens. Create a title that will attract visitors for maximum effectiveness. Below the title is the body area this will be where the actual post goes. A few tips for making a post, try to use a minimum of 500 words for the best luck with the search engines. Using headers and paragraphs make the post easier for readers.
Creating A Blog On The Empower Network: Adding Photos
Including pictures when creating a blog on the Empower Network make the posts a lot more interesting too, we’ve all heard the saying a picture is worth a thousand words and this is no exception. To include a picture start by clicking the ‘Add an Image’ button this is right above the body, next to the words Upload/Insert.
This will bring up a screen to upload the photo, first click the ‘Select Files’ button and choose the image from your computer. Next add a title, you can also add a description if you would like but it is not necessary. Choose the alignment of the photo either left, right or center and the size either original size (the size the photo was when you uploaded it), small medium or large. Most important make sure to click the ‘Insert Into Post’ button. By mistake a lot of people (myself included) click the save button which will not add the photo to your post.
If the photo is wider than 600px it will be too big for the blog so make sure to keep that in mind when adding photos.
Once you have finished the post and added any photos you can choose the categories and tags. On the right side you can choose from categories and tags that were previously created or create a new one. These help to sort out your blog and make topics easier to find. Once you are done click on the preview button also on the right side, this will open a new window so you can see what the post will look like on the blog. If all of the formatting looks correct click the ‘Publish’ button, this will make it live on the internet for everyone to find.
